Flint Hills Praisefest is the largest free Christian music festival in Kansas, offering a family-friendly environment, where people can worship God together. Praisefest was founded and operates by three key pillars: Community, Worship and Generosity. This year, we are embracing the Spirt of “Seek First the Kingdom.” Jesus, during His public ministry of teaching people the good news of God’s Kingdom said in Matthew 6:33 “Seek first the Kingdom and God’s righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” Be sure to check out our webpage at https://www.praisefest.org/ to learn more about how we welcome you to this fruitful event.

FAQ:
I want electrical, what options are there? Do I need to bring an extension cord?
There are some outlet options and you will likely need an extension cord, as the poll boxes are spaced out. Some outlets need a converter, which you would need to provide.
I’m a nonprofit organization, do I still need to pay the fee to be a vendor?
Yes, all vendors are required to pay before the Praisefest event. A link will be sent to all approved vendors or checks can be mailed to our office. 314 Tuttle Creek Blvd, Ste. D Manhattan, KS 66502
What do I need to bring as a general vendor?
You will likely want the following items for the day. Pop-up Tent, table(s), chairs, and any display items. You may want to consider there could be extreme heat or wind for the day, so be prepared. If you are accepting payment, consider the area where this event is located. WIFI is not provided. We do not have table and chairs to loan out. All equipment is preassigned for use of the staff and their needs.
Why do I need to set up before the event starts?
We ask all vendors to be completely set up before any visitors to ensure the safety of all people on site. There are many cars, carts, and trucks moving on and off the festival grounds. To keep everyone safe, we ask that you drop off all your items at your booth and then drive your vehicle to the designated ventor parking lot. Additionally, there are many electrical cords and tents that are being set up for each of the stages. There is a limited time we have several of our volunteers helping to set up, so we want to make the most of their time and provide room for everyone to set up.
Why do we ask food vendors to arrive on Friday, if possible? Do I need to park my truck that is pulling my food truck?
Most trucks require a lot of room to get into their location. The area has some challenges, so if possible, we would like to get vendors placed prior to the pop-up tents.
I would like the same spot I had last year, is that possible?
All spots are determined by a number of factors. Food vendors are determined by the location to water and electrical units. All other vendors are determined by first come, first serve. Above all else, we are required to meet city regulations and put the safety of everyone in our minds first.
How do I know if I’m an approved and paid vendor?
You should receive an email from our vendor email that indicates your status. If you have not received an email at least one week before the event, please contact our vendor coordinator.
Can I attend the other events, or is that limited to just the public?
YES, please come for the entire weekend! Invite your friends and family to join.
My information has changed since I have submitted my vendor application. How do I update my application information?
Email vendors@praisefest.org
This is my first time being a vendor, what should I expect?
Once you fill out the vendor application, you will receive an email that will explain the entire process, once approved. Your payment will be the next step and how you can make that payment will be provided. Closer to the event you will receive an email with more details about what time to show up, how to set up, and how to conclude your time with Praisefest.
I already paid to be a vendor and I’m not able to attend. What now?
